In the unlikely event of an emergency while on holiday

The local emergency services in Italy can be summoned on 118 (medical emergency), 113 (police) or 115 (fire brigade). The EU emergency number 112 also works in many but not all Italian regions.

Outside our office hours above your initial call to this number will be taken by our emergency assistance service. Please provide them with your contact telephone number, location, booking reference number (if you have this easily to hand) and a brief description of your problem; they will then immediately contact Inntravel’s 24-hour Duty Officer, who will call you to assist. If you are unable to reach us on this number at any time, you should call +44 (0) 1202 045 414 as an alternative way of reaching our emergency assistance service.
