Bomerano forms part of the larger community of Agerola, which consists of farmsteads and hamlets scattered about the hills above the coast. Formerly renowned for its brigands, the area now slumbers peaceably beneath the hot sun. The village square has a few bars where you might like to venture for a pre- or post-dinner drink.
